
February 2025 - The PMI is announcing the promotion of five employees to senior roles in the organisation. The promotions are part of the PMI’s wider efforts to ensure it remains at the forefront of the industry, serving members in the best ways possible.
Francesca Garrett-Levy has been promoted to Operations Director. Francesca has more than a decade of experience working for the PMI, initially joining in 2013 as a Qualifications Administrator.
Charlie Culley has been promoted to Business Development Manager. Charlie joined the PMI in 2022 as a Business Development Executive. He was crucial in launching the PMI’s inaugural Pinnacle Awards that year.
Hester Potiuk has been promoted to Head of Events. Hester joined the PMI in 2022, as a Marketing and Events Executive and was then promoted to Events Manager in 2023. She is responsible for running the organisation’s many conferences, exhibitions, roundtables, networking events and the Pinnacle Awards ceremony.
Lisa Hampton has been promoted to Training Manager. Lisa joined the PMI in 2023 as a Training Developer & Administrator. Before joining the PMI, Lisa held senior marketing roles at the PLSA and Capital Shopping Centres.
Vanessa Jackson has been promoted to Head of Qualifications. Vanessa joined the PMI in 2019 as a Qualification Manager. She is responsible for the operation of PMI’s 14 Qualifications and has been appointed as Deputy Responsible Officer, to ensure PMI continue to remain compliant with Ofqual. Vanessa has over a decade of experience in the Education and Awarding body sector.
The promotions follow the continued development of the organisation, which is now focused on improving member experience, launching the PMI Academy and growing our Global Innovation Centre. The new promotions will help the PMI to achieve these goals.
