PMI's Mentoring and Development Programme offers mentors and mentees the opportunity to develop their skills, expand their network, and take the next step in their pensions career.

The programme is proudly sponsored by People's Partnership and delivered in collaboration with The Institute of Leadership (IoL).

The programme is for PMI members who want to grow in their careers, whether by receiving guidance as a mentee or by sharing their expertise as a mentor.

Mentors will strengthen their leadership skills while shaping the next generation of professionals, and mentees will gain valuable industry insights to help them navigate their careers.
