Professional services people are typically extremely competent at their core area of expertise, but many are less at ease with the other skills needed, with increased seniority to differentiate themselves and their company; these skills are needed to deliver excellent client service and work effectively with colleagues.

People skills are of a paramount importance for companies to perform well, as well as for individuals to have fulfilling careers and progress.

This course – comprising 6 in-person sessions across 6 months will look at the skills necessary to navigate different professional scenarios and relationships effectively and positively, as well as the key skills that are required to help companies perform well.
