Howard began his career with Sema Group (now Atos Origin) followed by a variety of roles from UK Country Manager to Vice President EMEA with startups including Object Design (now Progress Software, Inc), Iona Technologies (IPO- 1997), Accrue Software, Inc (IPO 2000), Exony Ltd and Vettro, Inc (now Antenna Software, Inc). Since joining the company as Sales Director, Howard has been responsible for growing the company’s revenue for UK products.
Sarah’s career spans nearly 18 years in the retirement industry. As Head of Retirement Communication at Gallagher, she has been fortunate to work with some of the world’s largest brands to deliver cutting-edge retirement communication campaigns.
Sarah’s passion for people and what makes them tick began at a young age. Gaining a Batchelor of Arts degree in Retail Marketing Management, her knowledge of the retail sector has been pivotal in helping her to create consumer-grade marketing campaigns in the retirement communication world.
Today, Sarah leads a team of talented communication consultants who are equally passionate about equipping employees for retirement through impactful communications. Sarah is a strategic thinker with a growth mindset. She encourages her team and her clients to learn from the past and to always stay laser-focused on the future. Sarah believes that if we want communications to achieve maximum impact, they should reflect changing behaviours, technological advances and consumer preferences – and that we should never be afraid to try something new!
Tim is a major shareholder and has a PhD in theoretical statistical physics. He was also a research associate at the University of Cambridge and is recognised as a force in the data science, data quality and statistical analysis which is confirmed by the Data IQ top 100. Tim is recognised as one of the most influential data scientists in the country.
Tim’s knowledge and expertise have resulted in the development of all of MM’s key range of products. His’s responsibilities continue to include the development of all products, manage the delivery tea, and all new client implementation.
