Ele is a Partner in Eversheds Sutherland's Human Resources group, specialising in pensions.

Ele advises both trustees and employers on a full range of pensions issues including: the consolidation and updating of scheme documents; advising employers and trustees on multi-scheme mergers; representing trustees and employers in negotiations regarding deficit recovery plans; advising employers and trustees on scheme changes, scheme wind-ups and scheme restructures.

Ele also regularly advises on the pensions aspects of large corporate sales and acquisitions and has been involved in a number of Clearance applications.

Sarah joined Eversheds in May 2004 having trained and qualified at Wragge & Co. Sarah is an Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. She undertakes a broad range of pensions advisory work for both company and trustee clients. Recent experience includes advice on liability management exercises, advising on pension issues arising from corporate transactions, documentation work and pension scheme restructuring.

Sarah is an experienced public speaker. In addition to her involvement in Eversheds' breakfast briefings and in-house Counsel seminars, Sarah also trains on the Eversheds public courses. In addition, she is a regular speaker at external courses/seminars.
