As Head of Aon’s Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) specialist team, Chintan’s long-standing interest in intergenerational fairness issues offers a unique perspective in developing Aon’s thought leadership in this area, lobbying government, and working with clients and industry to develop their CDC strategies for the benefit of millions of pension savers.

Chintan joined Aon in 2008. His clients include trustees of a variety of UK and overseas DB schemes with assets ranging from £700m to £16bn. Advising a diverse mix of clients means Chintan has great depth and breadth of the issues facing occupational pension schemes, in particular in relation to scheme funding.
