Catalina has worked for Evolve for the last 6 years, concentrating on all aspects of secretarial services and governance for Crystal, Evolve’s Master Trust and ensuring a high level of governance and organisation is maintained throughout.

Daniel is a Senior Consultant in the pensions administration team, he joined Lane Clark & Peacock LLP in 2015 and has worked in the pensions industry for 30 years.


Daniel looks after clients and oversees the service that the administration team delivers to them. He also act as a Trustee Secretary and work to ensure that pension schemes operate efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis, especially during periods of significant change.


Daniel is the founder and co-chair of LCP’s LGBT+ Network. Diversity and Inclusion are core to LCP’s values and the network is a fundamental part of LCP’s initiatives in these areas, which Daniel oversees for the pensions administration department. In addition, he is also a committee member of O:Pen, the pensions wide LGBT+ network.
